Food Discounts - Restaurants

Upon presentation of a valid membership card, at the restaurants - The card member is entitled to

> 50% discount on 2 people when dining only on food.

> 33% discount on 3 people when dining only on food.

> 25% discount on 4 people when dining only on food.

> 20% discount on 5 people when dining only on food.

> 20% discount when dining alone.

Pastry Shop

Members avail a 15% discount on their total bill at the pastry shop.

Beverage

Members avail a 15% discount on their total beverage bill.

Rooms

Members avail a 25% discount on the all categories of rooms applicable on rack rates only.

Business Center

Members avail a 20% discount on the business center.

Laundry

Members avail a 20% discount on laundry services only when staying at the hotel.

Health Club & Spa

Members avail a 10% discount on health club & spa services.

Value Added Benefit

Members entitled for a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for maximum 6 times in a year when ever hosting a gathering of minimum 50 people.

Privilege Vouchers

> One (1) complimentary room night stay voucher for superior category of room including breakfast. Subject to availability. (Taxes as applicable) valid only from April till September. During the course of a valid membership card.

> Two (2) vouchers for room up gradation to the next category of room (Subject to availability).

> Two (2) vouchers for complimentary deserts 'only with meal' at the restaurant for up to 6 people dining.

> Four (4) vouchers for complimentary non- alcoholic drinks at the restaurant (Choice between soft drink, soda or juice (1 voucher which entitles one drink), excluding mock tails.

> Four (4) vouchers for complimentary alcoholic drinks (Choice between Rum, Whisky, Vodka or Regular Indian Beer (1 voucher which entitles one drink) I.M.F.L regular 30 M.L drink. Excluding cocktails.

> Two (2) vouchers for a complimentary ½ K.G cake valid anytime during the entire year "excluding chocolate cake" only while dining at the restaurant.

> One (1) voucher for a 50% discount on the total food bill excluding beverages for up to 10 people dining valid at the restaurant.

> Two (2) transferable vouchers entitling the members guest the same card discount i.e. 2 people 50% discount, 3 people 33% discount, 4 people 25% discount, so on and so forth.

> One (1) voucher for complimentary buffet valid only for lunch or dinner at the restaurant excluding beverages - this voucher entitles a complimentary buffet for a couple only.

> 2 vouchers worth Rs 500 each to be redeemed against food at the restaurant excluding alcoholic & non alcoholic beverages.

Terms & Conditions

1. The Ramada Plaza Hotel New Delhi membership card / package fee is Rs. 7500 plus applicable taxes for one entire year.
2. The Ramada Plaza Hotel New Delhi membership card / package once purchased cannot cancelled or refunded.
3. The Ramada Plaza Hotel New Delhi membership card is non transferable, only 1 (one) card per table and only one meal discount per dining visit will be accepted.
4. The Ramada Plaza Hotel New Delhi membership card is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, and orders made off premises. E.g. Happy Hours, or other promotions.
5. The Ramada Plaza Hotel New Delhi membership card is an individual, non- transferable card that is personally embossed with the member's name, number and expiration date. This card does not entitle the members to any credit facilities therefore the payment should be made by cash or credit card on presentation of the bill.
6. Membership benefits will be honored only upon presentation of a signed valid membership card.
7. The membership card discounts and vouchers will all be valid for 12 months from date of purchase. All lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately. An administration fee will be charged to the member and replacement will be issued with the same expiration date.
8. The membership card is the property of The Ramada Plaza Hotel New Delhi and who reserves the right to withdraw membership privileges and retain or recall the card in such cases of misuse or conduct / behavior to the Hotels environment by the member or their guest.
9. All the vouchers must be presented with a valid and signed The Ramada Plaza Hotel New Delhi membership card.
10. Benefits will only be awarded upon the presentation of corresponding voucher.
11. Members are entitled to use any three vouchers of their choice at one time / per visit. However the room up gradation voucher cannot be clubbed with the complimentary room night stay voucher. Also the transferable regular food discount voucher cannot be clubbed with the card discount on the same table.
12. Please note that lost of gift vouchers will not be replaced.
13. All the vouchers are not valid in conjunction with other special rates or promotions. These vouchers are strictly subject to terms & conditions written at the back of the vouchers. All vouchers issued will only be valid until the expiration date as stated on the corresponding membership card.
14. Benefits will only be honored upon the presentation of the corresponding gift vouchers. Please note loss or theft of vouchers are the member's responsibility and therefore will not be replaced. Money cannot be refunded in such case.
15. Limitation of Liability - The Ramada Plaza Hotel New Delhi if found liable to the member or his guest then such claim is strictly limited to the annual cost of the membership Rs. 7500.
16. For administrative and accounting purposes, The Ramada Plaza Hotel New Delhi and its associated companies may hold relevant information provided by purposes specific to the membership programme.
17. The Ramada Plaza Hotel New Delhi and its marketing partner - Hotel Solutions India as a matter of policy does not sell, rent or exchange its lists with other companies directly or indirectly related to the membership programme.
