The illustrious and dynamic Litolier Group was started in 1969 under the initiative and vision of our honorable Chairman Mr. Ashok Mittal. A private enterprise in the field of interior lighting, which soon grown up as one of the Mumbai's largest and most sophisticated showroom with the widest range of exquisite and ornate lights and chandeliers. Entrepreneual success cannot be curbed and so the group gradually diversified in to other interior-related industries and was the first in India to import a wide variety of Italian marble. In the last decade The Litolier Group has ventured into the field of construction and has its own portfolio, a landmark corporate building, The Litolier Chambers at Andheri.

 In the area of finance, within a year of being admitted as a member of premier stock exchanges, The Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange, it emerged as one of the leading brokerage companies.

 The Litolier Group, down the years, has been privileged to be associated with a prestigious clientele like the Presidential House, The Tatas, Godrej, Reliance, to name just a few. 

Presently the Litolier Group is making more aggressive forays in the field of real estate with a focus on the construction of A-Grade commercial and residential properties.  

The group commitment to success is not stopped here. In hospitality sector, We have Hotel Ramada Plaza which is synonymous the world over with providing  the right blend of service, luxury and the efficiency as per the guest expectations, 419 rooms property located in Central Delhi at 19 Ashoka Road close to Connaught Place has gone into commercial operation since October,2008.The hotel was acquired in 2003 from ITDC under disinvestments Policy of Govt. 

We are also opening a 5 Star Deluxe Hotel with over 350 Rooms at Andheri Kurla Road, Mumbai which is only 2 Kilometre's. from the International Airport, under the management of President and CEO Mr.Vikram Mittal.

Litolier Marble Pvt. Ltd.- is the pioneer in the import of Italian marble in the country and boasts of a collection of over 150 varieties of marble, from around the world.

Litolier Properties Pvt. Ltd.-is the proud creator of Litolier Chambers, a landmark in its own right and is the office premises of leading corporate in the country, such as Star India Pvt. Ltd. And Jet Airways. The Presidential Towers at Ghatkopar, an A-Grade residential complex, is another premier project by the group.

Litolier Finance Pvt. Ltd.-The group companies are among the top brokerage firms on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange.
